These terms apply to your use of the UltiSafe® website and quote page, and to quotations we give you through it. The website is operated by Kanchan Fabrics, Surat, Gujarat, India. By using the page or sending an enquiry, you agree to these terms.

About this website

The page shows our boiler suit range and lets you request a quotation. It is not an online shop. No order is placed, and no payment is taken, through the page.

Quotations and orders

• A quote request is an enquiry, not an order. A quotation from our sales team is valid only for the period stated in it.
• An order is confirmed only when we accept your written order or purchase order and the agreed payment terms are met.
• Prices depend on fabric, quantity, logo and delivery location, and are given in the quotation. Prices and specifications can change before an order is confirmed.
• Our minimum order quantity is 10 pieces.

Delivery

"Delivery in as fast as 10 days" applies to eligible ready-stock designs. The actual delivery timeline depends on the specification, quantity, customisation, material availability and delivery location. Our sales team confirms the timeline with you before you place the order, and the confirmed date is the one that applies to your order.

Products and specifications

• Photographs, colours and descriptions on the page are for guidance. Actual colour can vary slightly with fabric lot, dye batch and your screen.
• Fabric weight (GSM) and measurements have a normal manufacturing tolerance.
• Stock and designs are subject to availability.
• Where a product is described as flame-retardant (FR) or IFR, we do not claim any certification or standard for it on this page. If you need a specific standard, tell us before you order and we will confirm in writing what we can supply.

Logo and customisation

If you send us your logo or artwork, you confirm that you have the right to use it. We use it only to make your order. Customised items made to your specification may not be returnable, unless agreed in writing.

Returns and complaints

Please check goods on receipt and tell us about any shortage, damage or defect in writing promptly, with photographs. We will review each case and agree a remedy with you. Return, replacement and refund terms for your order are confirmed in the quotation or order confirmation.

Intellectual property

UltiSafe® is a registered brand of Kanchan Fabrics. The name, logo, text and images on this website belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy or use them without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

We work to keep the information on this page accurate, but we do not guarantee that it is always complete or up to date. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using the page. Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Surat, Gujarat have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
